This DVD set is training for church leaders and individuals invested in the future of the church. Footage was taken from "Impact 365" training event hosted in Glenview, IL in April 2013. Over 100 attendees at the event focused on the challenges we all face trying to cultivate an inter-generational congregation. With more and more younger people leaving churches, this training explores the questions about younger people's struggles and how can we serve and engage these individuals. Featured speakers include Carol Howard Merritt (author of Tribal Church and Reframing Hope), Jeremy Rose, and Mac Frazier, as well as plenty of space for discussion and brainstorming with your own church team.
